Refund policy

We really hope you will love everything you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 15 days from the delivery date to return it to us. We offer a credit note valid for a year from the date of issue. As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold.
All items must be returned in their sealed original packaging and in its original condition.
We strive to ensure that your product is delivered quickly and safely. Our packaging is robust and ecofriendly. However, should you receive a product which has a quality/manufacturing defect OR has been delivered damaged in transit, we are more than happy to replace the item provided a complaint is raised within 48 hours of receipt of product. Please do photograph the damaged product along with the original packaging as soon as you receive it.
Any items purchased during a promotional sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you received them in a poor/broken/damaged condition, we will send you a replacement of the same product. In the event of non availability of the product, we will issue you a credit note/refund.
No refunds will be given if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address, or in the event of two failed delivery attempts by our delivery partner and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
